He has worked in all 3 states as an auto technician and became a shop owner here in Quincy, September 11 2001
JoAnn is Ray’s wife and a key player. She is the person behind the scenes and has been with Rays Auto since the beginning. She does all our payroll, book keeping, and pre-accounting. Joann helped get things started and worked full time, at the front desk and back room with us for over ten years. She no longer works upfront but is still very active behind the scene, keeping everything straight from billing to invoicing to running errands and yes back up front once in awhile.
