Ray's Auto Repair opened on September 11, 2001. As we were signing on the building purchase, the secretary came running into the office with a big screen TV saying we were under attack, and the world trade towers were being bombed. This should have been the happiest day of our life, instead, the day seemed like a heavy fog. We had to wonder what the future would hold. Our business started off at a very slow pace, most people were in shock about what had just happened and car repair was the last thing on their mind. We prevailed over this shakey start and, over 10 years later, are still in business and going strong.
We treat our customers as our friends and take the time to explain complex repairs in lay-person's terms. Women, young and old, are the faster growing segment of our customer base for many different reasons, so we take the time to educate them on the repairs we make. We feel your vehicle is your second biggest investment besides your home so we want you to feel comfortable knowing we have the most highly trained technicians and modern equipment to do the job.
Our facility is clean and modern. We constantly train our staff to keep up with today's technology. Most automotive shops do not require ASE certification but, at Ray's Auto Repair, ASE certification is mandatory.
